While looking back at my life I see how far I have came and there is no turning back. I Started my weight loss journey weighing over 280 pounds plus. I knew this was not healthy, so I decided to take a change in my life by properly eating and signed up at a gym. I wanted it so badly that I paid for the whole year up-front because I knew that this was going to be my new lifestyle. I knew if I did not take control now, I may loose myself. Once I started the gym and eating properly I started loosing the weight, gaining muscle and feeling better and better each day. I was sluggish, slow and now I have much more energy than I had before. As I inspired my peers to workout with me it had became more and more to me that I had become a role model in fitness. I now mentor all those I encounter to have a healthier lifestyle while looking and feeling great. Along with training with friends and family I give everyone the instructions and guidance they need and ask for. During the years of my fitness journey I have become more excited from seeing and hearing others success stories. This has now become my dream to help as many people as I can to become a better person from being more fit and healthier on their fitness journey. This has inspired me to give a mission.

Hailing from the suburban streets of Englishtown, New Jersey, and making my way to Falls Church, Virginia, I found my home away from home when I was transplanted to the vast landscapes of Texas in 2009. Now, you might wonder what brings a Northeast native down to the heart of the South. My journey is one of passion, transformation, and a touch of savagery. While my heart still yearns for a slice of New York-style pizza (an undeniable guilty pleasure of mine), I've embraced the Texan spirit wholeheartedly. Among the many facets that define me, my adoration for the swift and sleek Cheetah stands out. It's no surprise that my favorite movie is 'The Matrix', a cinematic masterpiece that seamlessly weaves speed, agility, and a deep-rooted quest for truth - mirroring my own life in many ways. Fitness, for me, has always been a gateway to unleash the competitive beast within. My days on the basketball court and the electrifying feeling of being the fastest man on the track, especially during 100-meter sprints and sprint relays, shaped my initial bond with physical well-being. But it was Muy Thai that truly rekindled the savage spirit in me. Embracing the "Art of the Eight Limbs", I embarked on a transformative weight loss journey that rejuvenated my sense of well-being. This martial art form not only sculpted my body but also reshaped my mindset. Today, my mission is simple: to share this profound experience with anyone, anytime, anywhere. Greetings, I was born in the state of Illinois and then moved to the state of Louisiana at the age of 7. I then began enjoying all kinds of good seafood and snacks. I had gained so much weight to where I didn't recognize myself of what it became. Everything changed in 2020 when I heard about a 6-week fitness program being offered at a local gym in my area. Something inside me urged me to give it a shot, and that decision was a game-changer. Stepping into the gym, I felt like a fish out of water, but I was determined to make a positive change in my life. I started becoming more active and engaged with the incredible people I met there. The support and camaraderie pushed me to keep going.​Before long, I began to see remarkable changes in myself. I lost weight, gained strength, and improved my overall health. However, my journey took an unexpected turn when I discovered I had a thyroid condition. Instead of letting it discourage me, I saw it as another challenge to overcome. I pushed myself even harder to maintain a healthy and fit lifestyle. What fuels my passion as a fitness trainer is helping others achieve their goals, especially when it comes to weight loss. I firmly believe in a well-rounded approach to fitness, which includes cardio, conditioning, strength training, and flexibility. It's not just about physical transformation; it's about personal growth, discipline, and self-discovery. In addition to training, I've ventured into designing fitness clothing that combines style and functionality. I want my clients to feel confident and comfortable during their workouts. Back in 2020, I found myself at a crossroads in my life. Standing at just 5'1" and weighing 195 pounds, I was feeling depressed and yearning for change. I knew it was time to take control of my health and well-being, not just to look better, but to feel better from the inside out.

I decided to take matters into my own hands, embarking on a fitness journey that involved regular workouts and a commitment to healthy eating. As the days turned into weeks and the weeks into months, I started to witness the incredible transformation happening within me. Seeing the results and loving the reflection in the mirror, I realized that this wasn't just a diet; it was becoming a fundamental part of my lifestyle. The joy and happiness I felt were indescribable.
Over the course of the past three years, I've managed to shed an impressive 60 pounds and sculpt my body into a healthier, fitter version of myself. But as life often does, it threw me a curveball when I least expected it.

In April 2023, while recovering from surgery for a fibroid issue, I received the most shocking and devastating news. During that recovery period, I was diagnosed with Leiomyosarcoma, a rare form of cancer, at stage 1B, located on my uterus. This was a moment that could have broken me, but it only fueled my determination.
Facing two surgeries within just five weeks was an alarming challenge, and it put my fitness journey on hold temporarily. I found myself in a place of frustration and anger at the thought of my fitness journey coming to an abrupt halt. However, my spirit remained unbroken.
With an unwavering resolve, I set out not only to beat cancer but to return to what I loved most—fitness. Today, I am incredibly grateful to say that I am currently in remission, and I attribute that to the grace of God and my unyielding determination.
I've come back to my fitness journey, and this time, I'm back with a vengeance and a renewed purpose. I believe in the power of resilience, and I'm here to inspire others to conquer their own challenges, no matter how disheartening they may seem. Together, we can overcome anything, and I'm excited to be part of your fitness journey as well.

I have always been passionate about fitness and nutrition and how much it has changed my life. As a teenager I started off playing sports and practicing Pilates. At the beginning it was a hobby for me, but now it is a life style. Not only has fitness become my passion but strength training and weightlifting has been an important part of my health as it has helped me overcome my scoliosis.
