What is the p​rice of the membership?
All A1FIT Memberships are affordable. We have multiple membership plans to choose from each with different amenity access.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, please see membership page for more details or download our mobile app for more information A1Fit.
Are you open on Holidays?
Yes with the exception of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.
Do you have refund?
Yes, if you're needing a refund on store products.
Are the trainers qualified?
Yes
What is the cancellation policy?
There is no cancellation policy however you may pause and/or stop membership at anytime.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No there is no contract required to be a member.
Do you have a trial membership?
Yes, we do offer a trial membership.
Is there a late fee?
Yes, you will be charged $15 for late payment, return payments, and insufficient funds.
Do you offer personal training?
Yes, we provide personal training.
Do you allow guest?
Yes, we allow guest with memberships with credits. We also have a one week 7-day guest pass for $20 for our long commuters.
What type of payments do you accept?
Yes, we take all major credit cards and we accept Cash app, Zelle, Apple Pay, Google pay.
