Cancellation Policy
A1FIT CLASS BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY AGREEMENT By signing this agreement below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the A1fit Class Booking Cancellation Policy. CLASS RESERVATIONS • All members are required to reserve their class through the A1fit app or website before attending any scheduled class. • Booking a class secures your spot and allows our coaching team to properly prepare for attendance. • Members and guest who have not reserved a class through the app or website will not be permitted to participate in the class and or training session. BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY • If you are unable to attend a class that you have reserved, you must cancel your reservation prior to the class start time through the A1fit app or website. • Members and guest who fail to cancel their booking reservation and do not attend the scheduled class will be charged a $10 No-Show Fee. • The No-Show Fee applies regardless of the reason for the missed class unless otherwise approved by A1fit Administrator in extraordinary circumstances. MEMBER RESPONSIBILITY • It is the responsibility of each member to review and understand all policies, updates, and communications provided by A1fit. It's the guest responsibility to read the policy before signing. • Failure to read, review, or understand this policy does not exempt any member and or guest from compliance or associated fees. • By using the A1fit app or website to book classes and training sessions, members and or guest acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. ACKNOWLEDGMENT I understand that attendance at A1fit classes and training sessions requires advance booking through the A1fit app or website. I understand that failure to cancel a booked class and training session before the scheduled start time may result in a $10 No-Show Fee. I agree to comply with all A1fit booking and cancellation policies. "A1fit reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Continued use of A1fit services constitutes acceptance of any revised policies."
