You may start with slam ball overhead slams, where you lift the ball high above your head and forcefully slam it to the ground, engaging your core, shoulders, and legs in a powerful motion. Incorporating slams into lunges and twists can rev up your metabolism while improving agility and coordination. Items to bring; gloves, towel, water, and high energy. DIRECTIONS: Entering the DeSoto Recreation Center from Pleasant Run Road (Turn in -to your right and park in the outdoors parking lot.
