Fun high-intensity toning class that prioritizes your lower body. You will be guided through exercises that utilize resistance bands to work your gluteus Maximus to the max. Items to bring: Towel, Gloves, and yourself.

A form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability.
JROC'S Reboot Recovery Relax
This class will target all major muscle groups through static stretching (holding a position for a set amount of time) and dynamic stretching (moving through a range of motion that stretches your muscles) class needs yoga straps, foam rollers, and mats. Bring the class water and a towel.
MR MARLUN CARDIO MELT DOWN
Mr Marlun will be bringing a series of high intensity workouts with various movements of full body work. This class includes pushing, jumping, squatting running, crouching, lunging, punching, skipping, and pressing. You will sweat out every inch of the body and you will burn as much as 500 plus calories. This is an advance high intensity training class. The benefits of this class will bring you cardio vascular circulation, improves muscular strength and endurance, management of fatigue, disease, and stress reduction. This class will help you sleep and feel better. Please bring towels, gloves, hydration and good energy.
This class is a complete stretch lab. You will be stretching every part of the body. You will need to bring a mat, gloves, and hydration.
